Back in the pool after almost a week off, I struggled after 15 laps, was totally feeling the burn – need to get back to my routine.

Hello & welcome to the journal and playground of Chris, Dawn, Lewis & Sam. Feel free to stay a while, go get yourself a coffee and have a look around. Chris is originally from NZ, he went to the UK on a year long OE, ended up staying 10 years and then moving back to NZ with a Welsh wife and two Welsh kids in tow! They didn\'t complain. Dawn is originally from Wales, has been around the world quite a bit, now living in NZ. She owns a VDub Beetle Convertible and will now actually be seen in public without straightening her hair. Dawn eats her fries before her burger and likes her burger without pickle and mayo. She is addicted to surfing the net and loves Mountain Dew. He eats his burgers in 2 bites and then finishes off Dawn\'s, but her\'s isn\'t as tasty because there\'s no pickle or mayo!
